Carlos Bacca debuted with a goal for Granada in Spain | Spanish League

Granada beat Linense 3-0 on Monday in their fourth preseason game, a clash that served for Colombian Carlos Bacca, who made his debut scoring a goal, and Peruvian Luis Abram to play their first minutes as rojiblancos. The team led by Robert Moreno, who went from less to more in the clash, was clear dominator of the game against a Cadiz squad that the next campaign will militarize in the newly created First RFEF.

The first part of Granada was not good, since it hardly created scoring chances despite monopolizing possession of the ball and goalkeeper Aarón Escandell had to intervene correctly on a couple of occasions to avoid Linense’s goal.

The rojiblancos improved after the break and in minute 53 the Frenchman Dimitri Foulquier scored 1-0 after a good pass from Antonio Puertas, the best of the match. The 2-0 was scored at his own door by the Linense Loren player when trying to clear a shipment from Joaquín Marín ‘Quini’, while the final 3-0 was the work of Bacca.

The Colombian played his first minutes with Granada after missing the previous preseason games, something that was also done by the Peruvian center-back Luis Abram, the team’s last signing, and the midfielder Ángel Montoro after having overcome the coronavirus.
