MATCHES Next weekend’s Anderlecht – Gent match has been postponed as expected in view of the preparation of both clubs for their match in the Conference League. Both clubs agreed to the decision after consultation.
A new date has not yet been set, but will be after August 30, when all European Cup qualifiers have ended. Anderlecht and Gent play European on 19 and 26 August. With this postponement, it is hoped that both clubs can accumulate additional points towards the Belgian club coefficient by qualifying.
