A teenager who ripped Matt Hancock’s cap off the tube teased that he should “come get it” if he wants to get it back.
Georgia Lewis, 19, and her friends filmed themselves chatting with the shameful ex-health secretary at a party in London on Saturday.
The Georgia tanning salon worker in Rayleigh, Essex, and her friend chanted Mr Hancock’s name as they took selfies with him.
They brazenly lifted his baseball cap as they got off the Northern Line train in Camden Town.
Hancock, who resigned his post as health secretary last month after The Sun posted humiliating images of a romantic clinch with a senior assistant, was caught on camera joking with the girls, who leave with his cap.
Georgia said The mirror: “If he wants to get his hat back, he can come and get it.
‘HAVE FUN’
“It is more than welcome to get it back. We don’t want to steal it. We just wanted pictures in it.
“As we got off the train, a friend of mine picked it up. It ended up on my head at one point.
“When we got off the train, his words were ‘go and have fun girls, have a good night’.
“I said ‘thanks for the hat’ and he just gave a thumbs up. “

After their antics, Georgia said “we felt bad but it was just a laugh”.
But she added: “Everyone seems to think he’s a ladies’ man now. I got a few messages saying he was flirting with us.
“I don’t think he was flirting, he was just nice. “
Georgia initially mistook Mr Hancock for a man called “Will”, whom she met at a party in London.
She said: “He was going down the stairs (at the train station) and I told my friend that this was the person we had met.
“ZONE”
“We ran after him to talk to him. I screamed ‘Will, Will’ and he turned around and said ‘my name is Matt’.
“Immediately I thought he was Matt Hancock. I said ‘this is Matt Hancock’ and my friend said ‘yes this is it’. “
In the video, Mr. Hancock stands up to cheers and applause after the girls, circle his seat and are heard asking, “Are you really Matt Hancock?”
They asked him about his affair with Gina Coladangelo, “but I think he’s walked away,” Georgia said.
She sent a video of their meeting to Mr Hancock on Instagram, but he has yet to respond.

In the video, the girls gesture to the ashamed MP to take off his mask, saying, “You’ve been double stung, so it’s okay. “
A woman in a blue dress then takes off her hat and dances around the car that carries it.
Hancock, in red shorts and a navy blue polo shirt, stands up and walks over to the standing area of the car where he appears on camera with his hat returned.
The group of women, who were traveling the District Line, continue to cluster around Hancock and as their stop approaches, one of them says, “We love Matt.
“We don’t want to go down. ”
But as they arrive at their station, the hat is stolen from her head again, and the same woman comes out of the tube with the hat in her hand.
One spectator said: “He clearly liked the attention, but I think stealing the hat was a bit too much.
“When the group saw who he was, they sat down next to him.
“One girl even sat on her mate’s lap, so Hancock had three women around him, they got pretty close.
“It was then that he got up and went to stand near the doors.
“But there were more women there and they all followed him anyway and gathered around him.
“They grabbed the hat and he tried to get it back but they were all laughing and clapping. “
MEN TO WOMEN
Before the women leave the tube, Matt can be heard saying, “Go have fun. ”
Hancock, 42, packed his bags and left his family home following the briefing amid public outrage over his case, which broke social distancing rules.
He would have separated from his long-time wife Martha Hancock to start a new relationship with married Gina, his former assistant.
Last week the Tory MP was pictured spending a seaside holiday in Cornwall, where he was seen in the same resort as Ms Hancock and their three children.
The vacation comes just two months after he was pictured packing boxes, suitcases and bags in his car outside his marital home.
