The podcast Code source has been added to your home screen.

Their dreams of escape have turned into great adventures. Extraordinary expeditions, solo sailing, extreme sport at sea and in the air… These adventurers put their body and their mind to the test. Hélène, Stève, Capucine, Fred and Stéphanie deliver the stories of their exploits for Source Code.

In this episode, Capucine Trochet looks back on her journey on the high seas. In 2009, attracted by travel and the great outdoors, Touraine decided to train to participate in sailboat races across the Atlantic, while she does not know how to navigate. But after being hospitalized, she discovers that she suffers from an incurable genetic disease which causes her a lot of fatigue and permanent pain. Despite this, Capucine sets sail aboard Tara Tari, a small fishing sailboat 9 meters long, with which she crosses the Atlantic for a year, between 2011 and 2012. A testimony collected by Ambre Rosala.
