Anyone who wants to organize a Tour de France encounters some unexpected obstacles every year. This year it is even literally so, because in the first mountain stage a truck blocked the Côte de Mont Saxonnex for a long time, just before the riders arrived. In the end, with some help from the police, the truck was able to pry free and pass over the top.
