Totally crazy scenario between Canada and the Czech Republic. While the latter led by 10 points 57 seconds from the end of regulation time, Andrew Wiggins (22 points at 8/15 and 8 rebounds) saved his family by returning a 2 + 1 then on the throw-in, lost by the Czechs, a 3-point shot to win overtime.

An overtime that the Czechs dominated thanks to a last-second shot from Tomas Satoransky !
The Czechs were led by a huge Blake Schilb, author of 31 points at 11/19 including 7/12 from afar and 7 assists, who launched his own perfectly, on fire from the start of the match. In his wake, and that of Tomas Satoransky (18 points at 6/12, 7 rebounds and 5 assists) and Ondrej Balvin (14 points, 19 rebounds and 4 assists), the Europeans were up to 13 points ahead at the start of the second half. But Canada held on thanks to RJ Barrett (23 points at 9/17, 5 rebounds and 6 assists) and Nickeil Alexander-Walker (21 points at 7/18), but without being able to come back to height. At 4’17 from the end, Andrew Wiggins, who woke up late, put his own at just 3 points, but behind Satoransky responded to 3-pts and Trey Lyles (10 points and 10 rebounds) was sentenced to an incomprehensible unsportsmanlike foul that allowed the Czechs to get some fresh air 86-77, then 92-82 with 57 seconds to go. We thought the case was over, then Canada did the unthinkable. Taking advantage of the missed shots by the Czechs, Lu there scored a 3-point first shot, RJ Barrett followed suit then Wiggins planted a 2 + 1 and NWA intercepted the throw-in for Wiggins’ equalizer basket. Schlib had the match point, missed.
Stunned, the Czechs saw the Canadians score the first 5 points and we thought the case was folded. Then Patrick Auda (16 points) and Blake Schilb put the Czechs back in the lead in the last minute, 101-99. Once again Andres Wiggins equalized, but Bull Tomas Satoransky crucified Canada at the last second! Trey Lyles missed the equalizer shoot.
