The sports schools promoted by the Diputación de Toledo have exceeded 2,200 participants – Noticias de Toledo

In the sports of chess, athletics, badminton, basketball, handball, futsal, rhythmic gymnastics, multisport, skating, paddle tennis, tennis, volleyball, ballet, karate and jujitsu.

Due to the pandemic and the health protocols, a reduced call has been made in time.

The Toledo Provincial Council has promoted the celebration of a total of 225 initiation sports schools in the period of two months, convened when the sanitary protocols for the pandemic so allowed, promoting physical activity and sports for schoolchildren in the province, and exceeding 2,200 young participants.

In this way, the sports schools requested by a total of 77 municipalities and autonomous sports organizations have been carried out throughout the province, complying at all times with health protocols, so that the practice of different sports could be carried out. carry out with the recommended health and safety rigors.

The sports schools held have developed a total of 15 different sports modalities, depending on whether they are chess, athletics, badminton, basketball, handball, futsal, rhythmic gymnastics, multisport, skating, paddle tennis, tennis, volleyball, ballet, karate or jujitsu.
