Today, during the meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine (NOC) on the proposal of the national federations and in accordance with the national and international selection system, the nominal composition of the Ukrainian Olympic team for participation in the Games of the XXXII Olympiad that will take place from July 23 to August 8, 2021 in Tokyo, Japan.
According to the NOC press service, Ukraine will be represented by 158 Olympic athletes in 25 sports (30 disciplines), reports Ukrinform.
National athletes will perform in badminton, boxing, wrestling (freestyle, Greco-Roman), weightlifting, cycling (road, track, mountain bike), rowing, canoeing and kayaking, slalom canoeing, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, judo, karate, horse sport, athletics, swimming, artistic swimming, archery, bullet shooting, olympic shooting, diving, trampoline gymnastics, modern pentathlon, tennis, table tennis, triathlon and fencing.
