While the Olympic Games usually focus on the venue and selected clusters, the soccer tournament is held across the country. These are the venues in Japan.
Seven stadiums will host the Summer Olympics soccer tournament this year. Most of them are in and around Tokyo, but not all of them. It is also played in Kashima, Rifu and Sapporo, among others. Five of the stadiums were also venues for the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
