Crystal Palace has strengthened itself with a Chelsea player. It concerns Marc Guehi, the defender who was not in the plans of the first team.
Both clubs confirmed the deal on Sunday. The 21-year-old Guehi has already been loaned to Swansea City by Chelsea for the past year and a half, a sign that a breakthrough in the first team would be a difficult story. His contract, which runs until 2023, has been bought off by Crystal Palace.
Guehi has signed with Palace for five years. “I am very happy,” he says on the club channels. “It’s a great opportunity to join such a big club in the Premier League. I’m excited to go. The club is going in an exciting direction. There are many young players here and the top players who are already there. really made me decide to come here.”
Marc Guehi has today signed for Crystal Palace on a permanent deal.
Good luck, Marc! ????
