Hispasat renews its support for inclusive basketball together with the Fundación Estudiantes and the Madrid Spina Bifida Association

Hispasat, the Spanish telecommunications satellite operator of the Red Eléctrica Group, together with the Fundación Estudiantes and the Asociación Madrileña de Espina Bífida (Ameb) reported this Friday of the renewal of the initiative, for the sixth consecutive year, to support inclusive basketball.

This agreement includes the organization of the summer wheelchair basketball campus that begins this Saturday in Madrid and will have as coaches Adrián Yáñez, champion of the 2020/21 league, and Javier López, assistant coach of the Spanish team of wheelchair basketball who will attend the Tokyo Olympics.

In this way, the three entities consolidate this initiative once again to enhance the level of sports demands, innovation and search for new challenges for the members of the school.

The Movistar Estudiantes wheelchair basketball school, Estuameb, will sponsor the initiative for the sixth consecutive year. This project is part of Hispasat’s sustainability policy.
