Football: Youssouf Mulumbu signs for FC Saint Eloi Lupopo

Congolese international midfielder Youssouf Chafiq Mulumbu Ngandu signed a contract with Football Club Saint Eloi Lupopo in Kinshasa this Friday, July 30, according to information from the Lubumbashi club.

The former captain of the Leopards posted with the jerseys of the railway workers of the copper city after the engagement concluded with the brand new president of the Jaune et Bleu, the governor of Haut-Katanga Jacques Kyabula Katwe.
