Organized by the Sports Bureau and Macau Star Entertainment Production Co., Ltd., co-organized by the Macau Basketball Association of China and Absolute Three on Three Co., Ltd., and sponsored by Wynn Resorts (Macau) Co., Ltd. “FIBA 3×3 Macau Masters-Wynn The “Cup Greater Bay Area Qualifying Tournament” will be held at four locations in front of A-Ma Temple, Nanwan Lake Water Sports Center, Tap Seac Plaza and Wynn Palace from October 4th to 10th this year. The event offers a total of 250 teams to register, and will start accepting registration on August 16. The organizer held a press conference today (14th) to announce the details of the event.

The FIBA 3×3 Masters Tournament is the world’s top level 3×3 official tournament initiated by FIBA (International Basketball Federation). This FIBA 3×3 Masters Tournament will be held in Macau for the first time and will be fully open to Guangdong. Eleven cities in the Hong Kong and Macau Greater Bay Area will participate, and the winning team will also be eligible for the FIBA 3×3 Masters Tournament and a bonus of one hundred thousand patacas. The organizer hopes to improve the level of three-person basketball in Macau through the competition, promote and enhance sports exchanges in cities in the Greater Bay Area, and promote sports and tourism.

“FIBA 3×3 Macau Masters-Wynn Cup Greater Bay Area Qualifying Tournament” will be accepted for registration on August 16th (Monday) this year.
