The signal disappeared ten minutes after the kick-off resulting in the interruption of the broadcast of the match. No more matches for Canalsat subscribers who watched TF1 or BeIN sports throughout France. The bug also affected Free and myCanal.

The explanation was provided by myCanal on its Twitter account in the evening. An electrical failure occurred in the evening in Boulogne-Billancourt, a city in the Paris region where the technical servers of CanalSat are located. The broadcast of the match on TF1, via TNT and the antenna-rateau, was not impacted.

On social networks, many Internet users shared a tip to see the meeting: go to the German channel which broadcast the match. The broadcast was not impacted on Canalsat.
England beat Ukraine 4 goals to 0: the English will face Denmark in the semi-final of the Euro on Wednesday July 7th. The other semi-final will pit Spain against Italy the day before.
