Dennis’ Obituary
Peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on Friday July 2, 2021. Beloved husband of Nelia for 30 years. Loving father of Fuchsia, Denise (Michael), Nelissa and Chloe. Proud grandfather to Ava, Ozzy and Calista.
Predeceased by his parents Dawson Street and Gwendolyn Robinson-Street and predeceased by his father and mother in law Aniba De Leon and Rena Garcia. Dear brother of the (late) Larry (Phyliss) and Glen (Clara).
Brother in law to Mady Coates (Chris) and Mariella (Juan Carlos). Dennis will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada and the Dominican Republic.
For him, family always came first. He had a zest for life, as he enjoyed doing many things such as, playing golf, tennis , badminton , running , riding his bike , traveling, dancing and writing.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the professionals/staff at the Juravinski Hospital for their compassionate care of our loving Husband and Father.
Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton St. E. (near James St. ) on Wednesday July 7th from 10am to 12pm. As per the current CO-VID 19 guidelines there will be capacity restrictions, guests may need to wait before entering the visitation room and are asked to wear a mask and socially distance. Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Mary’s Church (Park St) on Wednesday July 7th at 12:30 p.m. Internment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Same guidelines will apply at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
