The Local Stage of the Buenos Aires 2019 Games began this Wednesday with the table tennis contest at the Municipal Stadium where Nicolás Vallés won and qualified for the Regional where he will represent San Pedro.
The young man prevailed in the definition of the U18 division to Bautista Prado in a match that was played in one of the rooms located under the roofed tribune of the soccer field.
It was the only contest that took place because in U18 women and U16 men there was only one entry and both went to the next instance without competing.

Beach vóley: Thursday, July 8 at 1:00 p.m. in Náutico.
3 × 3 Basketball: Monday, July 12 at 5.30 p.m. in Miter.
Athletics: Tuesday, July 13 at 1:00 p.m. at the Municipal Stadium.
Aquathlon, swimming and tennis: Wednesday July 14 at 10.00 in Pescadores.
Soccer-tennis: Thursday, July 15 at 10:00 am at the Municipal Stadium.
In the municipal team modality, San Pedro will present teams in the Regional Stage in basketball, futsal, 5-a-side football, 11-a-side football, beach soccer, handball, hockey, rugby, softball and volleyball. In total there will be 36 female and male casts of different categories (U13, U14, U15, U16, U17 and U18).
Each team has its coach and the deadline to present the final list of the team members is July 16. Days ago there were teams that began training sessions to define their players for the Buenos Aires Games in which they will represent the city.
The Final instance of the event is scheduled for between September and November in Mar del Plata. However, it is not confirmed that all competitions are held there due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Subsecretariat of Sports of the Province of Buenos Aires estimates that, if it takes place, there will be about 25 thousand people who will meet in the resort city for the definition.
Plan B to conclude the competitions is that the finals of the disciplines take place in bubbles in different districts, but the objective is that all the competitions are defined.
