Bronze for two judokas

The judo club participated in the international veterans judo tournament, Saturday July 3, at the Vallier room in Marseille, where two veterans represented the club around fights with able-bodied judokas but also with disabilities. “A complicated year for training insofar as the dojo had been requisitioned for the vaccination center, then closed for work but on the positive side we will have good reversible heating!”, explains Mirelle Savreux, professor at the club.

A beautiful day, a collectively warm atmosphere, which resulted in the victory of Vincent Gros-Jean and Rémi Chambon, two judokas who won several bronze medals during fights in the veterans and veterans Ne-Waza category (combat on the ground) where able-bodied and non-able-bodied people were able to compete for a nice handing-over of the kimono for all, so much awaited!
