Nigerian power forward Chima Moneke will play next season at Baxi Manresa, after serving last season at French Orleans, the Catalan club confirmed this Saturday.
The 25-year-old 1.98m Nigerian international averaged 13.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists in his first season in the French first division at Orleans.
Despite being born in Abuja (Nigeria), he grew up in Australia and trained in the United States before landing in French basketball. After two seasons playing in the second category, last year he signed a great campaign in Orleans.
