“It’s important to learn to control your emotions and not give up the fight until the last point is played. This is what Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are doing, just like Novak who might write a book about it. I like Djokovic’s attitude. He’s like a street fighter. But when I started coaching him I took the time to get to know the person away from the player. The person is very different from the player you see on the pitch. The player is mechanical, even cold. But it is the opposite in private. He is the most endearing character you can know. I have always been fascinated to see how these two personalities can exist within the same person. “
