Want to get moving and do activities during the summer, the City and its associative partners have concocted a nice program, to be enjoyed until August 27, 2021: let’s go for a ride!
Who said there was nothing to do in the summer in Rouen? To animate all summer, sports sessions for adults and a multitude of courses and workshops are offered to all audiences, from 4 years old! Often free, and if necessary at very low cost, the meetings prepared range from individual sport to the creative and participatory workshop. You can enjoy everything, as long as you register on time and there is space. Note that when the activity is paid, payment is made on the 1st day of it, on site and with the organizing association. In short, all you have to do is make your choice.
Adult program
With the ASPTT de Rouen, the underwater club, Les Vikings and the City’s Sports Life Directorate, summer will be sporty! It’s time to get back in the saddle, after a long period of deprivation due to health restrictions.
On land, an appointment with “body form” and fitness courses, but also with Nordic walking and running. It takes place around and in sports centers – Neslon-Mandela, Jean-Giraudoux and Saint-Exupéry – throughout July and until August 5.
And in the water, the Boulingrin and Guy-Boissière pools host aquagym and scuba diving sessions until August 6. We can obviously multiply the pleasures by preparing a complete program.

Young audience program
4/18 year olds are offered a specific program as a bonus. It is because it is a question of occupying the bodies and the spirits during the period of the “big holidays”.
Good season obliges, the aquatic courses are numerous in the Rouen swimming pools, from swimming to diving via the dragon boat and rowing. But you can also learn about baseball or taekwondo or discover the many disciplines of athletics. Handisport awareness is even offered around table tennis and torball (team sport with a sound ball).
Rather arts and music? No problem, the summer program is also full of cultural courses: making recycled paper, ceramics, hip-hop, treasure hunts, comics or improvised music, all tastes are represented.
And if parents want to join in the fun, the ROC (Rouen olympique club) even offers family ice camps where young and old can skate together.
