1st National Cup in SAMADO: Me Dame Seck evaluates the year 4 of his own art

Initiated for four years now by Me Dame Seck, the martial art of SAMADO (my own way) is self-assessed through a “Pattern” competition (technical demonstrations), this Saturday from 5:00 p.m., at the Place of the Obelisk.

Me Dame Seck, better known on the taekwondo slopes, has all the same had to practice many martial arts like karate, French boxing, English boxing, kobudo and judo. And it is the sum of these martial techniques which generated the creation of SAMADO by Me Dame Seck himself.

This Saturday, at the Place de l’Obélisque, the 1st National SAMADO Cup will be open. Kung-Fu men, voshins, karatekas, hapkidokas and other budokas of all ranks can register to participate in one of the eight tables on the program while respecting the specific arbitration rules governed by SAMADO.

It goes from so-called simple “Patterns” to those performed with sticks or “Ninchaku”.
