1. FC Köln – FC Schaffhausen: Test match in the live ticker

After beating FC Bayern Munich, 1. FC Köln also prevailed against FC Schaffhausen.

Bad Durrheim. Successful weekend of friendly matches for 1. FC Köln! After the 3-2 win against FC Bayern Munich, the billy goats beat the Swiss second division club FC Schaffhausen on Sunday (July 18) – 2-0.

In Bad Dürrheim, however, it was far less spectacular than the day before against the record champions. Steffen Baumgart (49) completely swapped his starting line-up with the exception of temporary captain Jorge Meré.

Among other things, new there: Ellyes Skhiri and the European Championship drivers Ondrej Duda and Louis Schaub, who was on the field for FC for the first time since December 14, 2019. The Ösi, however, remained inconspicuous.

Sebastian Andersson heads 1. FC Köln in the lead

Unlike Sebastian Andersson. The Swede has hardly been able to train with the team due to his knee problems – now he has really arrived at the preparation stage: Andersson headed a Schmitz cross to 1-0 lead against Schaffhausen (33rd). Goal doping after his huge injury concerns, but with the help of the Swiss keeper.

Baumgart made strong changes again at the break, storming Modeste for Andersson in the second half. The French missed his second preparation goal after the goal in Duisburg but four times! Tony missed opportunities that he would have turned before with his eyes closed.

Instead, a youngster provided the climax of the second half: Philipp Wydra turned in the penalty area and smoothly pushed in to make it 2-0 (67th).
