A few days ago Kyrgios was looking for a mixed partner for Wimbledon via “Twitter” and found what she was looking for. The 26-year-old is playing his first tournament since the Australian Open in Melbourne in February.
Williams was, singles and doubles added together, a total of eleven successful Wimbledon. The 40-year-old received a wildcard for this year’s individual competition in the London tournament.
Kyrgios has a tricky first round task in the individual, and at the start he will meet Halle winner Ugo Humbert from France. However, he has already proven that he can be expected on grass. In 2015 he reached the quarterfinals on Church Road.
