ÜThomas Müller was no longer with the German national team for over two years. A good six months after the embarrassment at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, the attacker was sorted out by national coach Joachim Löw together with Mats Hummels and Jerome Boateng.
A painful experience, as Müller admits. After a brilliant season at Bayern and persistent problems in the national team, Löw revised his decision a few weeks ago. Müller is back and is considered a great hope for the upcoming European Championship.
