The Clippers win their first victory in the final series of the Western Conference

“Clippers” beat “Dog” in their field with the result 106: 92 (29:21, 17:27, 34:21, 26:23).

The Phoenix team broke a record-breaking series of nine wins in the playoffs.

Reggio Jackson came in with 23 points, but Ivic Zubac had 15 points and 16 balls under the baskets.

“We gradually stifled our opponents’ game and tried to improve our performance. Today we showed enthusiasm and a real fight,” Jackson said of the third game in the series.

Deander Eiton, the author of the winning basket of the previous game, marked the “Dog” in the ranks with 18 points and nine rebounds. Chris Paul returned with 15 points and 12 assists after missing a couple of games, but Devin Bucker, who broke his nose in the second match of the series, scored 15 points.

After four minutes of play, Kemeron Paine was injured in the knee, replacing Paul in the top five in previous matches.

“We may be tired,” commented “Dog” head coach Monti Wyams on the outcome of the game. “Kema’s loss was very significant and so Paul had to play more minutes.”

The next game will take place on Saturday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

In the NBA Main Event, the teams played 72 games this season, which is ten less than usual.
