The Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization showed their gratitude to their general manager Jason Licht and head coach Bruce Arians by changing their respective contracts to reward them.

According to the NFL Network, Arians will be entitled to a better salary, while having the same number of years to elapse on his contract, while Licht will see a few more years added to his current pact.

Details of the two deals were not disclosed, however.

Licht has been in office since 2014. He is the one who offered Tom Brady a contract in 2020, in addition to having changed the agreements of several of his players in order to bring back the same team that won the Super Bowl in February.

The 50-year-old also convinced Bruce Arians to become his head coach in 2019, when he was retired.

Both men had contracts until the end of the 2022 campaign, with an option for the following season.
