Saint-Girons. Olympic Days start today

This Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 June, the Couserans dojo is organizing two days dedicated to the Olympics. These days will allow young audiences to discover the club’s various sporting activities.

Several sports workshops will be offered: obstacle course, falls and rolls, percussion workshop, technical standing judo, technical judo on the ground, randori judo. These activities will be associated with the moral values ​​of Olympism and judo: respect for the rules, mutual aid and mutual prosperity, the courage to face hardships, modesty in victory, friendship in opposition, excellence in surpassing oneself.

On the program: Wednesday 23 morning for children of the Couserans agglomeration upon registration (06 07 31 04 49): 10 am-10.45am: 4/5 years old; 11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.: 6/10 years old; afternoon club days: 3 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.: 4/5 years old; 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.: 6/10 years old. Thursday June 24 school days: 2 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. 2:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The activities will take place at the Dojo André Gaudin Gymnase Buffelan in Saint-Girons and are free. Gifts await the participants.
