Basketball – The Phoenix Suns need one more win to advance to the NBA final for the first time since 1993. The Texans win 84:80 at the Los Angeles Clippers and lead 3-1 in the best-of-7 series.
The Suns took a 14-2 lead, whereupon the hosts, who again started without the injured Kawhi Leonard, never got closer than a point. The throwing quota for both teams left a lot to be desired, especially from beyond the three-point line. In total there were only nine threes – the Suns used four out of 20 attempts, the Clippers five out of 31. The fifth game takes place on Tuesday night.
