Ahead of Euro 2020, Gareth Southgate called up a total of 26 players to strengthen England at Euro 2020. One of them is goalkeeper who is on the rise, Dean Henderson.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper had been championed to compete with Jordan Pickford as England’s main goalkeeper in this tournament. But he did not see the bridge of his nose during the first match against Croatia.
The FA recently confirmed that Henderson was left out of the England squad. “Henderson has officially been withdrawn from the England squad for Euro 2020,” the FA said in a statement.
