NBA – Van Gundy and Brooks gone: Six NBA trainer positions vacant

Cologne (SID) – In the North American professional basketball league NBA, six coaching positions are available. On Wednesday, the New Orleans Pelicans announced the split from Stan Van Gundy after just one year, Scott Brooks will not get a new contract with the Washington Wizards.

Also on the lookout are the Portland Trail Blazers after the departure of Terry Stotts, Orlando Magic (Steve Clifford), the Indiana Pacers (Nate Bjorkgren) and the Boston Celtics (Brad Stevens). That makes a fifth of the league without a head coach.
