Madrid “Real” legend Ramos will change the team – Football – Apollo.lv – Sports

The contract with the 35-year-old footballer will end at the end of June.

Real has only offered the footballer a one-year contract with a 10% lower salary, but Ramos has wanted to extend the deal for two seasons.

Ramos joined the “Real” ranks 16 years ago and during this time he won 22 titles with the Royal Club. He is a four-time winner of the Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup, a five-time Spanish champion and a two-time winner of the Spanish Royal Cup.

Ramos has also achieved brilliant success in the national team, where he has played 180 games, won the World Cup in 2010, and in 2008 and 2012 – the title of European champion. Due to injuries, he failed to win a place in the national team for the final tournament of the 2021 European Championship.

In his professional career, Ramos spent the first seasons at the Sevilla Club.
