Three teams have already qualified for the quarter-finals America’s Cup 2021. The following is a list of the teams that qualified.
In the match Monday (21/6) local time or Tuesday (22/6) morning WIB, two teams from Group A ensured that they qualified for the quarter-finals of the Copa Ameria 2020. The two teams were Chile and Argentina.
Chile ensured themselves to qualify for the quarter-finals after a draw against Uruguay. Chile took the lead through Eduardo Vargas in the 26th minute but Uruguay equalized through an Arturo Vidal own goal in the second half.
A score of five points is enough for Chile to guarantee a place in the quarter-finals.
Argentina then qualified for the 2021 Copa America quarter-finals. Argentina won 1-0 over Paraguay through Alejandro Gomez’s quick goal in the 10th minute.

In addition to ensuring that they qualify for the quarter-finals, Argentina is temporarily top of the 2021 Copa America Group A standings.
Chile and Argentina followed Brazil, which had already made sure to qualify for the quarter-finals. Brazil only needed two games to advance to the last eight phase, namely a 3-0 win over Venezuela and 4-0 over Peru.
The 2021 Copa America is participated by 10 teams and is divided into two groups. The top four teams from each group qualify for the quarter-finals.
