Japan always first (4141 points), with a good margin, second Taipei (3590), which gained two positions, third Korea (3452), fourth the United States (3114), which in practice swap places with the Chinese .
Followed by Mexico (2483), Australia (2025), Dominican (1713), Canada (1713, ascent of five places), Holland (1620), before the Europeans, Venezuela (1619), Cuba (1607) and Nicaragua (1100), twelfth to close the Premier 12 threshold.
The exit of Cuba, down four steps, from the Top 10 is surprising. Italy (650 points) remains 17th, also behind Panama (1079), Puerto Rico (1073), Colombia (916) and, above all, the Czech Republic (812).
