Suddenly we are witnessing all kinds of hateful cabals against man by wicked and jealous people lurking in the shadows. But alas for the detractors of Habib Sissoko, they must realize that what is stopped by fate, they must support it because such is the will of God.
According to the adage “there is no chance in sport, everything is prepared where the conditions are created to be there” is perfectly suited to Habib who was noticed from an early age in the practice of Judo. Champion of Mali in Judo and having participated in the Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980, and after his retirement, Habib Sissoko quickly joined the Malian Judo Federation by occupying various positions before becoming its president. In 2000, known for his love and respect for sporting and Olympic values, the then young president was entrusted with the heavy responsibility of leading the reins of the national Olympic and sporting committee of Mali. From this, the native of Niaréla continues to imprint his positive and dazzling mark on this supreme body of Malian sport by making it efficient and envied today by all. Suddenly these various re-elections in 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020 are not surprises as evidenced by the results and performances achieved in favor of the member national sports associations and federations who were keen to provide their unfailing support to President Sissoko for his developed and well-ventilated governance of the national Olympic and sports committee of Mali. In fact, the transparency efforts made in the management of the Olympic Committee, which was given a seat with the establishment of accounting, human resources management and governance procedures in accordance with the agenda of the International Olympic Committee. Better these procedures were consolidated and recognized by all 23 member national federations during the ordinary general assembly held on February 5, 2019. Today there is no doubt the achievements of the good governance established by To ensure the better conditions for the members of the office of the Olympic committee, three drivers, three assistants and two office secretaries are employed for the smooth running of the activities of the committee. It should be noted that all these employees are now registered with the INPS and the AMO and benefit from a salary and bonuses and benefits. Habib Sissoko and his team are real and obvious facts because the responsibility of each federation has been privileged with the delegation of operational decisions and cooperation through the circulation of information between managers. If today several national federations have recorded encouraging sporting successes and performances, it is thanks to the efforts and sacrifices made by Habib Sissoko with two sponsors namely Moov Africa Malitel and PMU-Mali with 85% of the funds that they received. are assigned. Also the heads of the member federations have continued to receive training in sports management; coaches, doctors and physiotherapists were at the school of the national committee on the various diseases and injuries of players and athletes. To always support the officials and athletes of the member federations for their sporting ascent, President Sissoko and his team have provided them with three minibuses for transport to the countries of the sub-region during international competitions. If in the past the management of the Olympic committee was unknown to the member federations and which revolved around the sole president without collaborators, this is not the case with the arrival of Habib Sissoko and as proof the Olympic committee has different offices (office of the president, office of the secretary general, office of the chief of staff, office of the communication unit); accounting provided by a professional accountant; the existence of procedural manuals. The cabal against the providential man of Malian sport, disembowelled!
It is this latest award of merit from Habib Sissoko due to all his efforts and sacrifices for national and international sport that has certainly annoyed these hateful detractors lurking in the shadows. This means that we understand that this is not the taste of these disbelievers who believed to achieve their goal through these false and fallacious campaigns against a valid and competent sports framework in the person of Habib Sissoko. A man of whom they are still doubting his ability and his team to lead on board the good destinies of the Supreme Court of Malian sport.
