The Danish national team has – after the incident with Christian Eriksen – suspended the training scheduled for Sunday. All media activities are also canceled.
The Danish federation has meanwhile offered psychological help to the players of the national team. They will also not appear on the training field or do any press activities today.
Eriksen has also been in contact with his team, Inter Milan. Inter’s CEO, Giuseppe Marotta, told TV channel Sky Sport that Eriksen posted a message in an Inter chat group a few hours after the incident. “He is doing much better. He has reassured the team and said he will return soon,” said Marotta.
On Thursday, the Red Devils play against Denmark in Copenhagen.
