Italy has started the European Championship in the best possible way. In Rome, Turkey was settled in the opening match: 0-3. A supporter of the Italian national team even managed to predict the full final score, including goalscorers.
The Italian victory against Turkey was certainly not a big surprise in itself. The Azzurri, like a number of other countries, are among the favorites to bag the European Championship title in less than a month in London.
In the 2nd half, Italy took the lead with an own goal from Demiral and goals from Immobile and Insigne. On the Euro 2020 Twitter page, an Italian football fan managed to make an exact prediction hours before kick-off.
The strong prediction has since gone viral on Twitter with more than 130,000 likes.
