Brawl in Pontivy. Two men stabbed, one seriously injured

Traces of blood are still visible on the sidewalk and on a car, an Audi station wagon. The traces of a brawl that broke out between three men on Monday June 14, 2021, around 3 p.m., at the entrance to rue Henri-Gaillard, opposite the Clemenceau residence in Pontivy (Morbihan).

According to witnesses, two men who were in the car stopped, got out of their vehicle armed with a baseball bat and fought with a pedestrian. The latter allegedly stabbed them, particularly in the back, seriously injuring one of them.

Current withdrawals

The two stabbed men, aged 23 and 30, called the fire department themselves. Workers working on the building opposite then rescued them.

The oldest, who is between life and death, was taken care of by the mobile emergency and resuscitation service (Smur). The two injured were transferred to the Center hospitalier du center-Bretagne.

Gendarmes from the Pontivy research brigade took samples from the scene and from the car of the two wounded.
