Oldenburg (dpa / lni) – Bundesliga basketball team EWE Baskets Oldenburg has continued its rejuvenation process in the player roster. The 24-year-old winger Alen Pjanic is moving from league competitor Jobstairs Gießen 46ers to Lower Saxony and, according to the club, signed a three-year contract on Sunday. The 2.02 meter power forward made 33 appearances in the past season and scored an average of 7.3 points.
“Alen played his first BBL game in 2017 and has continued to develop in a convincing manner ever since,” said Srdjan Klaric, Sport Director of Oldenburg. “We give him every opportunity to develop his potential with his excellent work ethic, his intense style of play and athleticism,” added coach Mladen Drijencic.
