Baseball, announced the squads for the meeting of the Italian senior national team in Collecchio – OA Sport

The names of the Azzurri who will be part of the first group of receivers and pitchers who will participate in the rally in the Italian national baseball team in Collecchio have been revealed. Manager Mike Piazza will thus have the opportunity to work with the players and his staff in view of the European Championships to be held in September in Piedmont.

This gathering is only the first of three meetings scheduled during the month of June. The Italian national team, in fact, wants to prepare as best as possible in view of the continental review, which had not taken place in the Bel Paese since 1999. Further on, the work of the senior national team staff will be combined with that of the U23 national team.

This is to allow staff members to follow an extended group that includes both the present and the future of the blue selection. Below you will find the names of those called up for the Collecchio rally.
