Football, handball, volleyball, mountain biking, canoeing… as part of National Olympic and Paralympic Day, this Wednesday in Romans, there will be something for all tastes and all vocations. In various stadiums and gymnasiums in the city center, from the Marcel-Guillermoz stadium to the Dojo Romanais judo hall, including the Serge-Butter swimming pool. It is from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. that young and old will be able to discover and animate activities under the sign of sport and living together with, of course, a number of competitions on the board.

These multiple activities, organized by the City with the support of local sports associations, help maintain the Terre de Jeux 2024 label, the next year the Olympic Games will take place, France being undoubtedly enthusiastic to welcome them to its soil.

A second day will also be reserved for sports practice in Romans, on July 23, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., this time in the gardens of the Shoe Museum.
