New NBA night, new Playoffs night, new preview. These are not the same stakes for these teams, even if the objective will be the same for all: to win (bam sends the music of Fort-Boyard: always further, always higher, always more foooort!).
1h : Wizards – Sixers : no team in NBA history has managed to win a series after falling 3-0. And while the Wizards clearly aren’t armed to become the first, they have a guy rather used to defying statistics and breaking records. This guy is obviously Russell Westbrook. He was unfortunately injured in Game 2 (not because of the popcorn but because he turned his ankle), he was able to play Game 3 and smack a triple-double but he is not 100% and his injury may continue to worsen. However, if he’s able to breathe, Russ will come back on the court and give himself body and soul and ankle and triple-double. Bradley Beal would do well to overactivate and crash too like 40 pawns to save his team. Ish Smith is uncertain, his absence would hurt DC because Ish Speedy Gonzales brings casually off the bench. On the Philadelphia side, absolutely no absentee, the wheel has turned. Doc Rivers’ men will surely want to finish this series quickly in order to rest and prepare well for the second round against the Hawks or the Knicks. This is ” do or die/back against the wall/win or go home/ ah yeah bro it’s hot ”for Scott Brooks’ men tonight: to watch!
3h30 : Grizzlies – Jazz : not absent, only monsters. A very nice match 3 where Donovan Mitchell, Ja Morant, Dillon Brooks and Mike Conley shone, that’s a lot yes but it was really nice. Last game maybe in Memphis which will have to return to the atmosphere of the Vivint Smart Home Arena after Game 4 tonight. The Oursons, who had managed to take a game there, would do well not to be stolen from their two meetings at home but to equalize to make the series even more crisp. So this is where 6MOTY (Jordan Clarkson), possibly DPOY (Rudy Gobert) and COTY (not René) will look to boost morale by taking a three to one game lead. Rudy will have to continue to protect his painting as well as the arrangement of the Louvre for the Mona Lisa since Ja apparently seeks to dunk on him with each possession, with determination and perseverance: we love. The game is likely to be electric and make the series which seemed to be played in advance even more exciting.
Crazy intensity tonight with Wizards who will give their all to survive and Grizzlies who want to surprise this Jazz in order to reset the counters to zero. Be honest: two games are fine, you have already done worse so why not come and watch tonight …
