The Spanish U19 women’s basketball team takes over from the U20 team

The mayor of Azudense, accompanied by the municipal responsible for Rights and Freedoms, David Pinillos, visited the U20 team in one of the training sessions, which took place on the La Paz sports court. Enrique Pérez de la Cruz wished the team “the best of luck to achieve the greatest successes.” The U20F group, led by Rubén Burgos with the assistance of Javi Torralba and Raquel Romo, is made up of 16 elite players who play in national LF Endesa and LF2 competitions and in the NCAA in the United States.

As for the U19 group, Mario López, with the help of Anna Montañana and David Muñoz, also leads 16 players to prepare for the World Cup that will take place in Debrecen (Hungary) from August 7 to 15. Spain is part of group C of the tournament and will face France, Korea and Brazil.
