The five major of the season: the All-NBA Teams resulting from your votes | NBA

Many of you again responded to our survey to designate the three All-NBA Teams of the season. However, the exercise was particularly complicated and tricky this season.

Because if the NBA always asks for two “guards”, two “forwards” and a “center” per team, the positions are more and more mobile and the league therefore authorizes voters to place certain players sometimes as “guard”, sometimes as “Forward”. You have to say that it is difficult to say if players like Jaylen Brown, Paul George or Khris Middleton are more of full backs or wingers. It is also difficult to determine if Draymond Green is more of a strong winger or a pivot in the current workforce of Golden State …

Unfortunately, it was far too complicated for us to conduct surveys with players present on several positions, and we therefore stuck to the classic pattern. Hence the impression of a surplus of “guards” from which it was difficult to choose, while the sample was much less dense among “forwards”.

If we add to that the many injuries or absences linked to the Covid-19 protocols, we obtain All-NBA Teams which are particularly complex to determine, and which depend a lot on subjective criteria.
