BOLASPORT.COM – His first season did not go smoothly, Chelsea striker Timo Werner opened his mouth about his future.

Timo Werner was signed by Chelsea from RB Leipzig on 1 July 2020 and is contracted until 2025.

Werner’s appearance in the 2020-2021 season did not match the expectations of Chelsea fans.

The German striker posted 12 goals and 15 assist in 51 matches in all competitions.

Meanwhile, in the Premier League this season, Werner has recorded 6 goals and 12 assist in 35 games.

Werner’s goal score has dropped dramatically compared to when he was defending RB Leipzig in the 2019-2020 season.

Last season, the 25-year-old striker scored 34 goals and 13 assisit in 45 cross-competition matches.

Even so, Werner is the only Chelsea player since Eden Hazard to have scored double-digit goals assist in season one.
