Thai badminton players won two titles at the Orleans Masters on Sunday
Busanan Ongbamrungphan, 13th player in the world, won her first title of the 2021 season, winning against Denmark’s Line Christophersen, while Jongkolphan Kititharakul and Rawinda Prajongjai won the women’s doubles title.
The Bangkok Post points out that the victory reinforces the hopes of the duo, ranked eighth, to qualify for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in July.
