Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi are not only parents of the teenagers Jaz Elle and Jaden, Great Dane Blue also has an important place in the family of the two ex-professional athletes. The couple brought the dog to their home in Las Vegas five years ago. Andre Agassi in particular is in love with the four-legged friend and regularly shares snapshots with his around 280,000 Instagram followers.

But now, of all people, the faithful looking Blue is causing a neighborhood dispute. As RTL reports, the mastiff is said to have attacked and injured a neighbor of the family while taking a walk. The woman suffered bite wounds on her arm and thigh that had to be treated by a doctor.

Does Great Dane Blue have to be euthanized?

Now she is demanding compensation for pain and suffering in the amount of 15,000 US dollars, the equivalent of around 12,300 euros. But that might not be the worst consequence of the incident. Should Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi not be able to come to an out-of-court agreement with their neighbor, a negotiation could take place in which a decision would also be made to put the animal to sleep.

The tennis dream couple has been married since 2001, their son Jaden was born in the same year and daughter Jaz was born in 2003. Both children have since moved out. Andre Agassi recently posted a photo with his wife on Instagram and explained that the two of them suffer from the “Empty Nest” syndrome and that they now have to get used to the new phase of life.
