Sebastián Muñoz achieved top 3 in the PGA Tour Charles Shwab tournament

This Sunday May 30 Juan Sebastián Muñoz closed a brilliant week in the Charles Shwab tournament after being placed in the third box of the final classification with a total score of -10 throughout the 4 rounds in the United States. The Colombian shared his honor with North Americans Charley Hoffman and Patton Kizzire; besides the English Ian Poulter.

The champion of the competition was Jason Kofrak and second place went to Jordan Spieth in an emotional and rugged finish. The Colombian Camilo Villegas was in position 69 with score +6 and the Argentine Emiliano Grillo occupied an honorable eighth place in the competition.

That way, Bogotá’s Sebastián Muñoz had a great week on the PGA Tour where he was always in the top lot, going out in the last groups of each day. He far exceeded the cut, on Friday he got into the top 5, on Saturday he had an acceptable day and this Sunday he achieved a shared third place.

This Sunday Muñoz showed a solid game near the green, but on the way to him he had some mistakes that made him give up important blows that prevented him from fighting fully for the title of this PGA Tour open. However, a good close with birdie and par consolidated him in third place.
