Returnal e New Pokémon Snap they placed eighth and third respectively in the USA ranking of April 2021: an excellent result, if we consider that both games came out at the end of the month and therefore had a few hours available to grind sales.
To dominate the top 10 we find MLB The Show 21, the baseball simulation produced by Sony, also a new entry, as well as the excellent remaster NieR Replicant ver. 1.22474487139, which debuts in fifth position.
As mentioned at the beginning, however, the results obtained by Returnal and New Pokémon Snap are surprising, given the timing, and could produce a positive trail even in the month of May.
An important confirmation in particular for the roguelike shooter created by Housemarque exclusively for PS5, which Sony itself called a success during the latest investor meeting.
