A rise in L2 after the first season
Régis Brouard, 54, had claimed compensation of several hundred thousand euros for the last eight months of salary of the current season (from November 2018 to June 2019) plus those of the following season, since his contract stated of an additional year if maintained at the end of the financial year.
Arrived at the club in 2017 for a period of two seasons, the former coach, unhappy finalist of the Coupe de France in 2012 with US Quevilly (National), had allowed the Red Star to return to Ligue 2 at the end of his first season on the bench.
