Blois co-leader, Paris still in the race!
While waiting for the meeting of the SQBB in Nancy this Saturday from 1:45 p.m., Blois assured for his part even if it was necessary to wait until the last second to see Nantes surrender. The Legat-Sambe-Bah trio (14, 7 and 14 points) was particularly decisive at the end, even if the ADA remained under threat, especially after a missed dunk from Tyren Johnson (14 points). But Thibault Desseignet failed to register a second basket 3 points in a row, and Blois won 85 to 82.
Also note the full match of Paris Basketball which took 5th place in Quimper thanks to a great success against the Bretons (87-69), with once again a collective which was fueled at full speed (111 d ‘ collective evaluation) like the 20 points and 4 assists from Juhann Bégarin, 13 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks from Ismaël Kamagaté, the double-double from Dustin Sleva (14 points, 11 rebounds) and the “almost double-double ”by Ryan Boatright (9 points, 9 assists).
In the race to maintain, Saint-Chamond won an important victory on the floor of Aix-Maurienne. Led practically the entire meeting, Alain Thinet’s men were able to combine a fierce zone defense and a Guichard-Edogi axis which enjoyed “pick-and-roll”.
